Why supplier management?
Supplier management helps project managers and purchasers to monitor and control procurement processes. The aim of supplier management is to facilitate the perfect coordination of systems, processes and methods between purchasers and suppliers throughout the entire product development. Simultaneously, supplier management makes complex processes transparent and, thus, makes adherence to agreed guidelines significantly easier.

Weinreich has extensive experience in the executive planning and
implementation of supplier management. Previous projects have
achieved the highest degree of maturity (Level 2) according to
Automotive SPICE (ISO 15504).

monitor supplier progress from a time plan, resource cost, technical
requirements and quality point of view. If any discrepancies arise,
in close cooperation with participants we quickly introduce rigorous
measures to ensure adherence, and we document these measures
according to change management principles.
