Change management
Working together flexibly
Why change management?
During the course of project implementation, changes to the original project plan and organisation can become necessary. Change management enables us to implement such changes in a controlled manner, making sure that they are documented, and, at the same time, taking all processes and parties into consideration. Here, the purpose of change management is less about rectifying errors and rather more about making best use of new developments and insights arising during the course of project implementation. Proficiently implemented change management can consequently result in more flexible, faster and more cost-effective project implementation, with better results.
Our capabilities:
AEM
Weinreich has extensive experience in the
executive planning and implementation of change management. Previous
projects have achieved the highest degree of maturity (Level 3)
according to Automotive SPICE (ISO 15 504).
We can help you to
identify the need for changes, to create, discuss and evaluate change
requests as well as to make sound joint decisions. Once the approval
process has been completed, we provide rigorous, consistent and
transparent implementation as well as thorough documentation and
evaluation of the change steps.
We consider informing and
coordinating those involved in the project to be of utmost importance
at all change process phases. The same applies to the holistic
consideration of all processes and structures affected by the change.
This ensures that, by means of coordinated cooperation between all
project parties, the desired change affect is achieved.
How you benefit:
We implement changes in a rigorous, structured and transparent manner.
The only changes that will be implemented are those already deemed necessary on the basis of thorough and wide-ranging cost-benefit analyses.
Careful coordination of all project actions with all parties and provision of full information facilitates effective cooperation and optimal time and resource usage in the change process
Accurate documentation of changes from the point of view of the processes and structures affected, and targeted communication of those changes to all involved parties.
